Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Day and Evening Shift available.

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience

As a Driver, you play an important role in our clients\' recovery journey. Often serving as one of the first people they meet, you\'ll help ensure safe, dependable transportation while creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Prior professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
