Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Driver in Concord, MA to provide safe, dependable transportation for clients as part of our behavioral health services. This full-time role offers multiple shifts and requires a responsible, compassionate approach to client care.

As a Driver, you will work with the treatment team to support recovery journeys, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed and maintaining accurate records. Competitive pay and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional driving or human services experience preferred, but not required.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
• Supervise clients during transportation to ensure safety and compliance
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations if needed
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the treatment team
• Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Driver

Location: Concord, MA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Multiple shifts available

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• Saturday-Wednesday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience
