Job summary

The Landing Alexandria is seeking a dependable driver to transport residents in a 12-passenger van and car according to schedule. This role involves assisting disabled passengers, securing wheelchairs, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. You will also provide backup support to concierge and package delivery as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting. Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, per community policy.
• Secures passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
• Provides back-up support to Valet, Concierge, and for resident package delivery
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
