Responsibilities

• Reduce open claims through consistent follow-up and timely closure.
• Verify details, ask clarifying questions, and investigate discrepancies.
• Collect, review, and organize accident and incident information, including work orders and unreported events.
• Maintain structured claim files and documentation directories.
• Submit initial notice of claim to insurance carriers and other involved parties.
• Open, track, and actively manage claims through resolution.
• Obtain repair estimates, coordinate repairs, and track completion.
• Invoice responsible parties, track costs and billing, and follow through on collections.
