Lyft is seeking experienced, product-focused software engineers for the Driver Earnings Team in Toronto. You will lead multiple work streams to improve drivers’ earnings experience, design pay-related features, and collaborate with product, data science, analytics, and operations to ship impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (advanced degrees preferred) or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL – able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets.
• Experience in programming, especially in Python and/or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and operators to build driver earnings related infrastructure and products.
• Design and analyze experiments; communicate results and act on launch decisions.
• Work with cross-functional partners in Driver Experience and Marketplace so earnings data is available and usable by various systems.
• Work on tooling that makes it easier to modify driver earnings configurations.
