Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a supervisor to oversee 30-60 drivers and monitors, plan and optimize routes, and ensure accurate communication and documentation. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service in a busy environment.

In this in‑person position, you will work early hours, support drivers, and maintain records for billing and compliance. Strong tech skills with MS Office and mobile tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior supervising experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, detail‑oriented, and problem solving ability.
• Knowledge of programs, clients, and employees sufficient to determine appropriate assignments.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Good technology skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook), Google Chrome, Android tablets.
• Safe driving record and willingness to respond to coverage needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across several regions, considering client needs.
• Assign driver assignments reflecting skills and performance.
• Receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately and pleasantly.
• Resolve operational problems while maintaining professional relations with clients and staff.
• Maintain compliance with company policies through dispatch and observation.
• Develop driver skills and promote good performance through support.
• Discipline for non‑compliance when needed.
• Spend time behind the wheel to learn routes and programs; supervise drivers.
• Provide emergency backup for absent drivers.
• Build positive relationships with supervised staff and customers.
• Maintain detailed records for monthly billing.
