Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a supervisor to oversee 30-60 drivers and monitors, plan and optimize routes, and ensure accurate communication and documentation. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service in a busy environment.

In this in‑person position, you will work early hours, support drivers, and maintain records for billing and compliance. Strong tech skills with MS Office and mobile tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across several regions, taking into account individual client needs.
• Assign driver assignments reflecting knowledge and good judgment regarding employee skills and performance.
• Receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately, clearly and pleasantly.
• Routinely solve operational problems while maintaining cordial, professional relations with guardians, clients, program staff and Company employees.
• Maintain and reinforce compliance with Company policies through dispatch and direct observation.
• Develop driver skills through discussion and example, and promote good performance through positive support.
• Recommend reassignment or appropriate discipline for non‑compliance with Company rules or standards.
• Spend sufficient time behind the wheel to learn the routes, clients, drivers and programs; observe and supervise drivers in action.
• Provide emergency backup for absent drivers.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with those supervised and with customers, including programs, guardians and special‑needs clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized records to accurately perform monthly billing count.

• Safe driving record, driver’s license, and willingness to respond to coverage needs as required.
• Ability to work comfortably in a small, busy office environment.
• Physical capability to sit, stand, stretch, reach, lift, and walk during an 8‑hour shift.
• Flexibility and adaptability with ever‑changing assignments and an early‑morning schedule.

Pay

$25 per hour, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, 5:30AM to 6:00PM). Position is in‑person.
