Job summary

MTM Transit in Allegan, MI is seeking CDL Drivers with Passenger Endorsement to join our growing team. This role offers full-time or part-time schedules with a focus on safe, reliable transportation and exceptional customer service to the communities we serve.

Training classes start every few weeks. Hourly rates are $21.50 with CDL and $20 without. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, paid training and overtime, holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan Class C CDL with Passenger endorsement preferred or ability to obtain.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and excellent customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices as required.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records as needed.
