Job summary

MTM Transit, in partnership with CapMetro, is hiring full-time drivers to join our Austin team. Start your new career with paid training, Overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll provide safe, reliable transportation and exceptional customer service in a dynamic urban environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+, valid US driver’s license for 3 years, and the ability to pass DOT physical and background checks. Join MTM Transit and grow with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid US driver’s license for 3 years and TX license or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and excellent customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading/unloading and mobility devices.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for passengers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and required paperwork.
• Operate tablets/electronic devices as needed.
