Linen Services Delivery Driver loads/unloads truck and delivers linen to hospitals and clinics.

Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.

Responsibilities

1. Transport and deliver mail and supplies to locations on and off campus.
2. Coordinate pick up and delivery schedules with distributing and receiving departments. Schedule trips and/or mail runs.
3. Operate vehicle in a safe and responsible manner to avoid accidents and traffic or parking violations.
4. Maintain vehicle in a safe and clean condition and promptly communicates need for service or repairs.
5. Maintain accurate daily logs of all activities performed per established standards.
6. Learn and understand the ordering and scale computer system.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

1. Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
2. Commercial Drivers License (CDL) issued by the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles is required for Laundry Truck Drivers required.

Education:

1. High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
2. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
