Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Driver/Crew Member for its landscape maintenance teams in Weston, FL. This dual-role position involves driving a Juniper truck & trailer and actively collaborating with the landscape crew at each job site.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and general maintenance using hand and power tools. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in extreme conditions; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer is required.
• Landscaping experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer


• Performing daily vehicle inspections


• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties


• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties


• Moving soil, equipment, and materials


• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required


• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
