Job summary

Juniper Landscaping, Inc. in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Driver/Crew Member for its landscape maintenance teams. This dual role involves safely operating a company truck with a 24’ trailer and supporting the crew on job sites with mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; landscaping experience is preferred. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; Landscaping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24 trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
