Juniper Landscaping, Inc. in Hilton Head, SC is seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members drive a Juniper truck & trailer and perform daily landscaping tasks on job sites, ensuring safe, high-quality work for our clients.

This role combines driving responsibilities with hands-on maintenance duties on diverse sites. This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in varying temperatures, and collaborating with a crew to complete mowing, edging, pruning,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear MVR check.
• Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, and general landscape maintenance.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer
• Performing daily vehicle inspections
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Skills:

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer
• Landscaping experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
