Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
• Maintain production schedules and meet service expectations.
• Assist in training and developing crew members.
• Keep daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members.
• Ensure all crew members perform their work safely.
• Maintain and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities
