Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader in Englewood, CO to oversee mowing and pruning crews on job sites. You will manage daily production schedules, ensure safety, train crew members, and maintain equipment, using hand and power tools.

The role requires valid driver's license; landscaping and supervisory experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, and you must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and prior supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Assisting with training and development of crew members.
• Daily time-keeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely.
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.
