Job summary

Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and maintenance company serving the Southeast. We are growing and hiring Crew Members to support our maintenance teams on job sites around Hilton Head Island. As a Crew Member, you will mow turf, edge, prune shrubs, plant flowers, lay sod, mulch beds, and help with basic tool use and cleanups.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing to keep sites clean and presentable.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches to maintain landscape health.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds for seasonal appeal.
• Laying sod and establishing new turf where needed.
• Pulling weeds and applying mulch to beds.
• Picking up trash or debris to maintain site safety and tidiness.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes; moving soil, equipment, and materials as required.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
