Job summary

MTM, Inc. in Flagstaff, AZ seeks drivers to join our team in Coconino County. Training classes start weekly, preparing you to provide safe, on-time non-emergency transportation. You’ll work with a company that values community impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid Arizona driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving history with clean record.
• No pending charges or felony within the last 7 years; no DUI/DWI.
• Must pass criminal background check and motor vehicle record review.
• DOT physical for those over 65 and pre-employment drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving.
• Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading from vehicle.
• Assist with mobility devices and safety protocols.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off of the customer.
• Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilize tablets or electronic devices as required.

AAA is looking for Drivers to join our team in Coconino County. We currently have training classes that start every week!

Benefits:

What you’ll need:

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

• Must be 25 years of age or older

• Valid Arizona Driver’s license

• Minimum of 5 years driving history

• No pending charges

• No convicted felony charges in past 7 years

• No DUI or DWI convictions

• Must pass criminal background check & motor vehicle record investigation

• Must pass a DOT physical if over the age of 65 including a pre-employment drug screening

• Valid Authorization to work in the United States

Skills:

• Ability to use a tablet, GPS, two-way radio, or other electronicdevice

• Ability to maintain a high level ofconfidentiality

• Ability to communicate with others and comprehendinstructions

• Ability to understand highway traffic signs, signals, maps, manifests, andschedules

• Ability to obtain knowledge of FTA, ADA, and DOTregulations

• Familiarity with the main roadways and major highways in the servicearea
