McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Class B Driver in Oklahoma City. The Class B Driver operates a straight truck or box truck to move food staples and specialty products to customer locations, with a focus on safety and dependable service.

You'll join a team that offers industry-leading pay at $24.50 per hour, benefits starting on day 60, vacation and sick leave accrual from day one, paid holidays after 90 days, and a 401(k) profit sharing plan after 90 days, plus additional programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class B CDL license.
• Read, write and understand English at a functional level.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicle to convey products to customer sites.
• Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Perform warehouse-related duties when not making deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Class B Driver drives a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations.

What You’ll Do As a Class B Driver

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Class B Driver Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL-B).
• Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
