Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Class B Driver to operate straight or box trucks, delivering to customer sites and performing warehouse duties when not delivering. You must be at least 21, possess a valid CDL-B, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Applicants should read, write, and understand English well to follow instructions and safety guidelines. The position offers pay at $24.30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits beginning after 60 days, plus vacation, sick leave accrual from day one,

The Class B Driver drives a straight truck, box truck, or other appropriate vehicle to transport food staples and specialty products to various customer locations.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Class B Driver Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL-B).
• Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
