Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Goddard, KS. The role offers weekly pay, home daily time, and a comprehensive set of bonuses and benefits.

Start times are between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm, with 5-day weeks and two consecutive days off, supporting a stable schedule. Drivers operate day cab or sleeper tractors, hauling food products and home goods, with weekend premiums and sign-on bonuses designed to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification for last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months past 3 years OR 2 years past 5 years OR 5 years past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading when required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.61 per (Mon -Fri) Mile with 1400 miles per week
• Weekend Premium Pay:$0.67 per mile when working Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend Premium Pay: $0.72 per mile when working both Saturday and Sunday
• Solo Stops Pay:$25.00 per Stop with 15-20 stops per week
• Sign-on Bonus: $1100 at 30 days and $1100 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus: $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year
• Safety Bonus: Up to $300 a Quarter
• Paid Training

• 24/7 operations — 5 Day work week with 2 consecutive days off
