Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Goddard, KS — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about. Start times 11:00 am–5:00 pm, home daily, and a 5 day work week with 2 consecutive days off.

Drivers earn $1350+ per week with weekly pay, solo miles, and various bonuses including sign-on, loyalty, and safety incentives; training is provided and Ryder maintains nationwide support and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months to 2+ years experience depending on timeframe.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating safety hazards and maintaining logs.
• Loading/unloading freight as required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay:$0.61 per (Mon -Fri) Mile with 1400 miles per week
• Weekend Premium Pay: $0.67 per mile when working Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend Premium Pay: $0.72 per mile when working both Saturday and Sunday
• Solo Stops Pay:$25.00 per Stop with 15-20 stops per week
• Sign-on Bonus: $1100 at 30 days and $1100 at 90 days
• Loyalty Bonus: $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year
• Safety Bonus: Up to $300 a Quarter
• Paid Training
• Start Time: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 24/7 operations — 5 Day work week with 2 consecutive days off

Requirements
