Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.

Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300!

Drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to our advanced analytics tracking.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

Starting pay varies by loyalty status:

• New drivers: $0.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty: $0.54 CPM
• 2-years loyalty: $0.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
