Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join their team. Drivers have the flexibility to choose between percentage or CPM pay, with annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $75,000. The role offers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, along with significant bonuses for orientation and referrals. Candidates must have at least one year of OTR experience and some flatbed experience, with the goal of providing a driver-friendly and enriching work environment.

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:

  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually

  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• OR

  • Choose 27% of Line Haul

  • Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in first 180 days!

  • Week 1 = $1,500

  • Week 2 = $1,200

  • 120 Days = $2,300

  • 180 Days = $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay

• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay

• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years

• No DUI in the past 10 years

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
