CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

- Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
- $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Loyalty Pay Details
- Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days:
- Week 1: $1,500
- Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
- 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
- 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
- Starting pay based on loyalty:
- New Drivers: $0.53 CPM
- 1-Year Loyalty (at previous company): $0.54 CPM
- 2-Years Loyalty (at previous company): $0.55 CPM
Job Requirements
- 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No DUI in the past 10 years
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
