Responsibilities and Benefits

• Choose your pay structure: percentage of line haul or CPM with a base pay of $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD pay and a $0.01 CPM annual increase.
• Earn increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days to 2 years of experience, and $1,300 for over 2 years.
• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in the first 120 days, broken down into weekly payments and milestones.
