Job Description: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver at Montgomery Transport

Join Montgomery Transport as an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver and enjoy flexible pay options, steady freight, and excellent support. Our 'Freedom to Choose' fleet offers pay by percentage or cents-per-mile, with earnings between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD Pay and a $0.01 CPM annual tenure increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success: $5,000 in the first 120 days, distributed over weeks
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; increased to $.54 CPM after 1 year, $.55 CPM after 2 years

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
