Job Title: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

Join Montgomery Transport as an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver and enjoy flexible pay options, steady freight, and excellent support. Our 'Freedom to Choose' fleet offers opportunities to earn between $70,000 and $75,000 annually with options for percentage or CPM pay.

Benefits and Compensation

• Annual earnings: $70,000 - $75,000
• Base pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay and a $0.01 CPM annual increase
• Or choose 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years) and $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time & Analytics

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, distributed weekly
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; increased to $.54 CPM after 1 year, $.55 CPM after 2 years with previous experience

Job Requirements

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• Fewer than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
