• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, and $1,300 for 2+ years

Home Time

Montgomery ensures your home time is maximized: guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours per week, supported by analytics tracking.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base
• 1-year loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-year loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
