CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300

Loyalty Pay for CDL-A Flatbed Drivers

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, with weekly breakdowns
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base; increases to $.54 CPM after 1 year, and $.55 CPM after 2 years of previous experience

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
