What You'll Get to Do

The Class A Driver is responsible for transporting and unloading products to customers, interacting daily with customers to resolve issues, and reporting to the Fleet Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, self-motivated, and flexible with shift start and end times. As a vital member of the Fleet Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Handling and loading/unloading glass and/or metal products, load securement, daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, multiple deliveries, and customer service.
2. Unloading may involve handling loose, crated, and racked glass, metal, and related products, as well as operating boom cranes.
3. Ensuring regular and predictable attendance, performing tasks safely, and adhering to all DOT regulations, safety policies, and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of recent CMV driving experience.
• Compliance with all DOT requirements, including an unexpired Medical Examiners Certificate.
• Flexibility with start/end times and overnight routes as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements of glass sizes and delivery schedules, and effectively use a tape measure.
• Good customer relations and interpersonal skills.
