Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Production Coordinator in the Stock Yards area of Aurora, IL. The role provides a liaison between production, warehouse, and other internal departments, handling orders, inquiries, and data entry to drive on-time fulfillment.

You will verify information, compile routine reports, and assist leaders with inventory movements while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in a food environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Leaders with order processing and completion.
• Support Operations/Warehouse Leaders with inventory movement between Production and Warehouse.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Respond to inquiries and take detailed messages; escalate complex issues to supervisor as needed.
• Prepare and update recurring internal reports; verify data for accuracy and completeness.
