Qualifications

• Minimum one year of inventory control, warehouse, distribution and/or logistics experience.
• Must perform basic math and computer skills; AS400 and Microsoft products experience helpful.
• Ability to analyze data and understand interdepartmental consequences of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Checks in drivers, reviews and approves end-of-day inventory report.
• Communicates driver issues to routing, time window, truck/equipment, and customer service teams.
• Raises warehouse issues including loading and damage.
• Raises QA issues with Operations, Recoup, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Verifies returns and discrepancies; updates invoice records.
• Updates transactions in Sales Force and keeps pending transactions current.
