Core-Mark in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Driver Check-In Coordinator to support its delivery operations. You will check-in drivers on their returns, ensure accuracy in the check-in and returns processes, and work with drivers, customers, and coworkers to answer questions promptly.

Shift starts at 9am with 10-hour days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; pay is $18.00 per hour. You will reconcile deliveries, assist in inventory updates, and help coordinate vehicle maintenance as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6+ months in a warehouse environment.
• Administrative support, basic math, and data entry skills.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Check-in drivers upon returning from deliveries.
• Reconcile cash and checks from drivers and secure in safe.
• Verify returned items and re-enter into inventory.
• File DOT logs and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Reconcile damaged goods and categorize inventory.
• Communicate with inventory personnel on quality concerns.
• Coordinate with drivers and managers to address delivery challenges.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
