Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting reports reflect data.
• Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Process documents (paper and digital) related to returns and adjustments for inventory accuracy.
• Inspect returned product for disposition (saleable, damaged, etc.) and code correctly.
• Perform end of day processes and reconcile discrepancies.
• Return saleable product to pick slot as allowed by local policy.
• Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to address issues and opportunities for process improvement.
