US Foods in New York (Town of Florida) is seeking a Returns Processor to verify driver-returned products, ensure accurate coding, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role supports order accuracy by processing all returns documents and inspecting items for proper disposition.

You will work Mon-Fri 3:00 pm-11:30 pm with starting pay of $18 per hour. A High School Diploma is required, and strong math, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this team-oriented

Qualifications

• Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Related Experience: Familiarity with warehouse & delivery procedures preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Clear written and verbal communication, strong math, organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify returned product for accurate reason codes to ensure accounting data matches reports.
• Ensure returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Process all documents (paper and digital) for returns and adjustments to customer orders.
• Inspect all returned product and code disposition (saleable, damaged, etc.).
• Execute end-of-day processes and generate reports, addressing discrepancies.
• Return saleable product to pick slot and coordinate with drivers and supervisors on issues and training.

Must be able to operate a computer and perform filing.Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $13.82-$23.03 per hour.
