Job summary

Civita Care Center in Milford, CT is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver to support residents with transportation and care needs. You will accompany residents to appointments, assist during visits, relay information to the care team, and help schedule medical transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or equivalent; 1 year CNA experience preferred.

Civita Care Center at Milford is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver! As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking Residents to and from appointments

• Assisting residents during appointments

• Communicating with colleagues taking messages and pass on information

• Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.

• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.

• Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays

• Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs

• Able to work as CNA if needed on Floors

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests.

• Previous front desk reception experience preferred

• Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus
