Payrate:

• Warehouse: $26.95/hour; Driving: $28.50/hour

Position Details:

• The position is represented by a labor union.
• Schedule: Mo-Sa (4-5 days/week), starting at 4 am in the warehouse (8-9 hrs). Driving schedule varies (10-11 hrs). 40 hrs/week with OT opportunities.
• Primary location: 9201 Wyoming Ave N SUITE 160 Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
• Interstate: Minnesota, Wisconsin
• Work distribution: 60% Warehousing, 40% Driving

Role Overview:

As a Driver, you'll deliver products safely and efficiently to stores and warehouses, ensuring quality and timely deliveries. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks with products for drivers. This hybrid role offers flexibility and varied responsibilities throughout the year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure safety procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Complete daily activities like preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers and receive personnel, communicate needs to customer service.
• Participate in warehouse activities: unloading trucks, stock counting, order processing, maintaining organization.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, loading/unloading trucks.
• Ensure safety and quality checks of equipment and products.

Job Requirements:

• Warehouse experience required.
• Must have CDL-Class A with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Overnight stays may be required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and pass licensing requirements for equipment operation.
• Preferred experience with DSD, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Must pass drug test, MVR, background check, and FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration.

Additional Notes:

Follow schedules and instructions, accurately record deliveries, and use electronic devices for logging and scanning. Flexibility in routes and work times is essential. Basic vehicle mechanic knowledge is a plus. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
