Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for home daily, with local routes that keep you close to home in Sparta, TN. Shifts run Wednesday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, offering competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

You will drive 53ft dry tractors, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety standards. This role includes 30% warehouse time and opportunities for overtime after 40 hours per week.

Pay rates starting at $23.75per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week.

About the role

As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily.

What you’ll do on a typical day

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum you’ll need:

6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years

Must be at least 21 years old

A current valid CDL A driver’s license and a safe driving record

It’d be great if you also have:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
