Pay rate:

Hourly pay rate: $29.25. Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus details to be provided.

What you need to know about this position:

• Possible schedule, subject to change based on customer demand: 1st shift with fluctuating start times between 1 am and 4 am
• Interstate travel requirements

Responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.)
• Complete daily field service activities, including receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records
• Perform duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch

Job Specific Requirements:

• Must have a CDL-Class A license with at least one year of proven safe driving experience
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD)
• Pass drug test, MVR, and background check
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required (link provided)
• Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (especially if servicing military base facilities)

What You'll Need as a Driver CDL:

• Customer-oriented attitude and support to key customers
• Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious convictions
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
• Proficiency with smartphones and electronic logging devices (ELD)
• Flexibility with routes and schedules
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
