Compensation: $24.00/hour

Job Description

Note: This position is located in San Antonio, TX. Training will be conducted in Austin, TX for 1-2 weeks upon hire.

Responsibilities and Skills:

1. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions regarding schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays.
2. Ensure safety by complying with all traffic laws and federal/state transit regulations; operate vehicles safely in all weather conditions without breaks for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes.
3. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong attendance.
4. Use route navigation apps, two-way hands-free radios, and electronic logs proficiently.
5. Possess a clean driving record, CDL with Passenger endorsement, and Air Brakes endorsement.
6. Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check successfully.
7. Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading/unloading ADA passengers.
8. Adhere to company policies and work with operations to enforce them.
9. High school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience preferred.
