Position Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Driver in delivering products to each account.
- Follow Corporate Sales and Merchandising Standards to ensure proper merchandising of all products, including restocking, making minor legal space adjustments, building displays, installing POS materials, and pricing products as permitted by retailers.
- Maintain good customer relations by ensuring orderly backrooms and shelves, timely deliveries, and respectful interactions with retailers and shoppers.
- Follow and enforce Anheuser Busch equity agreements and other supplier contract policies.
- Be prepared to fulfill a Driver’s responsibilities when assigned to run a route.
- Understand and complete truck check-in/out procedures, handle damaged, short, or out-of-code products appropriately.
- Assist with pre and post-trip truck inspections.
- Clock in/out at designated times.
- Adhere to safe working and driving practices, company policies, rules, and regulations; report hazards immediately.
- Comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of general work experience; prior grocery store or consumer products experience is a plus.
- Valid US Driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Maintain Class A CDL license and pallet jack certification.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and assertive skills.
- Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
- Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly.
- Physical ability to lift cases up to 38 pounds and handle kegs weighing up to 161 pounds.
- Ability to push, pull, and handle fully loaded wheelers up to 355 pounds.
- Ability to work within T.A.B.C guidelines handling alcohol.
Physical Requirements
- Good vision, hearing, and speaking abilities.
- Stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
- Lift/carry/push/pull 20-161 lbs regularly.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Drive distances up to 75 miles repeatedly.
- Climb, push, pull, and maneuver equipment and cargo.
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Shift manual transmission vehicles.
Working Conditions
- Work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, snow, and wind.
- Operate in daylight, twilight, evening, and night conditions.
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and airborne particles.
- Work hours vary based on business needs.
