Job summary

Kirby Risk Electrical Supply in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Service Delivery Driver to join our hands-on, customer-focused team. You will load and unload products, transport them safely to customer locations, and uphold safety procedures while representing the company with professionalism.

• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age).
• A positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Load and unload electrical and mechanical apparatus for delivery and pickup.
• Safely transport materials to and from customer locations.
• Observe and communicate key information from the field to supervisors and internal teams.
• Maintain delivery documentation and follow company safety procedures.
• Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
