1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking motivated individuals for our South Burlington, VT team. You will work in pairs in our blue trucks, remove unwanted items, and provide on-site estimates with friendly, professional service.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, immediate start dates, paid training, and a profit-sharing bonus. You will contribute to community impact while growing within a supportive team and strong company culture.

Qualifications

• You are 21+ years of age and able to meet commercial truck insurance requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL required).
• Have a clean driving history for 3 years (no points, suspensions, or violations).
• Possess a positive and friendly attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the commercial vehicle at the start of the day and attend the morning meeting.
• Work in pairs in our blue trucks to remove items from customers' homes and properties.
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to customers.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste facilities.
• Maintain clear communication with the operations team throughout the day.

We're looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our South Burlington, VT team. A typical day includes:

• The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.
• Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers' homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer
• Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities
• To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling:

• We operate 7 days a week
• Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts)
• Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts)
• Immediate start dates & paid training

Total Average Earnings: $24-$28/ hour
