Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in San Antonio, FL is seeking an Agronomy Technician to apply fertilizers, pesticides, and IPM strategies for landscape maintenance properties. You will diagnose turf and ornamental issues and perform safe product handling and application per label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with label instructions and safety procedures
• Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications
• Ensuring the safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; following safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of products used and completing work orders
• Retention of customers through rapport, communication, and meeting expectations
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform IPM duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Ensuring the safe and proper operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment
• Maintaining accurate records of products usedCompleting all required correspondence regarding work orders
• Retention of customers through rapport, communication, and met expectations
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform IPM duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
