Job summary

Juniper in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Agronomy Technician to safely apply fertilizers and IPM for our landscape maintenance properties. You will identify turf and ornamental issues and implement label-compliant treatments.

You will prepare and mix products, operate applicators safely, keep accurate records, and maintain equipment. This role supports our Southeast design, build, and management services.

Qualifications

• Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides as needed to lawns, shrubs and plant material in accordance with label instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications.
• Ensuring the safe and proper operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of products used.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform IPM duties.
