Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel using site-specific access control procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations; maintain logs.
Respond to access control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
Prepare reports and communicate observations and policy violations to leadership.
