As a Security Officer Driver Credential Validation in Lansing, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a healthcare location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and assist visitors with professionalism and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare-related location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to access control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
