Job summary

Tireco, Inc is seeking a Driver to be the face of our Fontana operation in Fontana, CA. You will be responsible for safe tire and wheel deliveries using a company vehicle, while delivering excellent customer service and handling payments and returns.

You will also assist in warehouse tasks, loading/unloading trucks, and may operate a forklift. A valid license and DOT readiness are required; 21+ age and ability to cross state lines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license, some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift
• Preferred - 2+ years experiences safely operating a box truck

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels safely using company vehicle while providing friendly customer service
• Load and unload product, collect payments, manage returns, and maintain vehicle
• Assist in warehouse orders and operate forklift as needed
• Ensure DOT and safety compliance during daily routes

As a Driverfor Tireco Distributors (TD),youwillbetheface of our companyand on the front linesdeliveringtheessentialproducts that keep our countryrolling. Youwillbe responsiblefor thesafedeliveryoftires andwheelsusinga company vehiclewhileproviding friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
