Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Sacramento, CA seeks a Driver to deliver tires and wheels, maintain the vehicle, and provide friendly service to customers along routes. You will load/unload products, collect payments, manage returns, and assist in warehouse tasks including forklift operation.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team. Valid license (No CDL required) and DOT-compliant status are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; No CDL required
• DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be 21+ and willing to cross state lines

Job Details: Job Location: Sacramento - Sacramento, CA, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, JOB TITLE: Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license, some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 – 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck
