Job summary

Tireco, Inc in Fontana, CA is seeking a Driver to be the face of the company on the front lines, delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle and providing friendly customer service.

You will also assist in warehouse orders, loading/unloading, collecting payments, managing returns, and maintaining your vehicle. This is an on-site role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Load and unload products and assist in warehouse orders.
• Collect payments and manage product returns.
• Maintain your assigned vehicle and related equipment.
• Operate forklift when needed and assist with yard and dock duties.

As a Driverfor Tireco Distributors (TD),youwillbetheface of our companyand on the front linesdeliveringtheessentialproducts that keep our countryrolling. Youwillbe responsiblefor thesafedeliveryoftires andwheelsusinga company vehiclewhileproviding friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
